Wingman’s batch analysis offers flexible options to fit your schedule. Here’s how to get started:
Use the provided Excel sheet template, ensuring that all headings remain unchanged, as altering them will disrupt the batch process. A preview will appear if the upload is successful.
The Excel template includes six columns:
Company Link
Company Description
Competitor Link (optional)
Prospect Link
Prospect Job Title
Complete one row per prospect. For best results, provide a thorough description of each company to enable Wingman to generate precise insights.
If time is tight, let Wingman handle the heavy lifting. Simply click "Generate Tear Sheet" to receive a downloadable, sales-ready summary of all analyses, complete with a presentation and analysis history for easy reference.
For a comprehensive analysis, select all relevant sections in the batch options and proceed. Alternatively, for a summarized version, click "Generate Tear Sheet," and Wingman will email you sales-ready materials.

At this time, running both single and batch analyses in the same tab is not possible. However, you can open two separate tabs of Wingman—one for batch analysis and the other for single analysis. Alternatively, initiate the batch analysis and, once notified that it’s in the queue, begin a single analysis.

A single analysis typically completes within 4-6 minutes.

Each company within a batch analysis generally requires 5-7 minutes.

To ensure Wingman delivers accurate and actionable insights, provide a detailed description of your company. Clear information enhances Wingman’s ability to retrieve and analyze relevant data effectively.

Be sure to select at least one analysis type (e.g., Initial Analysis) to enable tear sheet generation.

Clear your cache. Instructions vary by browser, but a quick search can guide you.
If batch analysis is taking longer than expected, some companies in the batch may have captcha security enabled. To check, run each company individually with "Single Analysis," selecting "Initial Analysis" and "Deep Dive." If this resolves the issue, please email us at support@saleswingman.io, and we’ll investigate.
If a specific company is causing the delay, it may be due to captcha restrictions. Try again later or remove it from your Excel sheet.

Wingman follows a sequential workflow, and certain prompts require specific prerequisites. First, try generating the tear sheet. If it’s functioning correctly, a prerequisite may be missing. If the issue persists, please contact us at support@saleswingman.io.

If you’ve put in a request to generate tear sheets for a batch analysis, you will get notified by wingman via email that your analysis is complete.
